Congratulations Méabh

Celebrations to start the week.

The 40th Irish Concrete Society Awards were held in Dublin on Saturday night and PUNCH is delighted to announce that our very own Graduate Engineer Méabh Childs was the winner of the Sean De Courcy Student Award.

Méabh won the award for her Trinity College Dublin Masters thesis “The Role of Notches in the Bond Behaviour of Sustainable Bamboo Reinforced Concrete”. This is a wonderful achievement for Meabh and we are very proud of her. The future of Structural Engineering is bright.
