Blackbird Cabra

PUNCH Consulting is proud to have been appointed as civil structural engineer as part of a contractor led design – build team for a Focus social housing project at Blackbird Park, Ratoath Road, Cabra, Dublin.

Planning permission was obtained in 2022 and construction is expected to commence in February 2025. The Blackbird Park development includes 95 no. houses, , 2no. Community Rooms, and associated works.
