PUNCH is delighted to see the public consultation process launched for the proposed Variation to the Cork City Development Plan 2022-2028 with respect to the redevelopment of Cork Docklands.
PUNCH was part of the multidisciplinary team, led by Hawkins Brown, that delivered the Cork Docklands Framework Plan. Detailed analysis and design work progressed through the Cork Docklands Framework Plan has reconciled strategic design issues and illustrates how strategic infrastructure will be delivered and is designed to enable sustainable/active travel, community infrastructure and private development for this future substantial neighbourhood.
