Bonham Dock is a new 28,000 m² mixed-use development overlooking Galway Docks. The development is located on the site of the former oil tank storage facility. The oil tanks were removed in time for the visit of the Volvo Ocean Race to Galway in 2009. The site is ideally located close to the heart of Galway City and represents a major step forward in the development of the city.

The project consists of four Grade A office blocks varying in height from 6 to 7 storeys. The office blocks are surrounded by two new squares and linked together by landscaped bridges. Facilities include a commuter centre, encouraging smarter and sustainable travel, a fitness centre and over 2,000 sqm of colonnaded retail and restaurant space.
