The PUNCH Consulting Engineers Board are delighted to announce the appointments of Niamh Cronin and David Moore to the Board of Directors, effective 1st March 2024.
With their exceptional expertise and years of experience in Civil & Structural Engineering, they bring a fresh perspective and a wealth of knowledge to our Board. Niamh joined PUNCH initially as a Graduate in 2003 and worked on many of our great projects. She then worked in Australia and Singapore for a few years, before returning to PUNCH in 2020, where she has had a major positive impact on our company. David joined PUNCH in 2013 and has contributed enormously to the delivery of many of our key projects since then. Collectively, David and Niamh’s dedication to excellence and passion for innovation perfectly align with our company values at PUNCH.
As Directors, they will play pivotal roles in driving our vision forward, leading with integrity, and guiding our talented team towards even greater success.

At PUNCH, we understand the value of education. That’s why we support our staff who wish to undertake further education and training. We encourage staff members to maintain their Continuous Professional Development (CPD) accreditations with Engineers Ireland. We also continue to offer training in sustainable design and construction through seminars, in-house lectures, and external training programmes. We promote the achievement of professional titles with institutions such as Engineers Ireland, the Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland, the Institute of Structural Engineers, and the Institute of Civil Engineers.
