This week, we came together in our respective PUNCH offices over coffee, cake, and conversation to celebrate Pride Month 🏳️🌈.
At PUNCH, we believe in building not just physical structures, but a strong, inclusive culture where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. While Ireland has undoubtedly become a more inclusive place in recent years, we all need to be mindful of underlying prejudices that can still exist in our society and the need for each of us to make a concerted effort to ensure that this is not acceptable.
This Pride Month, we stand proudly with the LGBTQ+ community — not just as allies, but as advocates for equity, inclusion, and respect. Here’s to creating an environment where everyone can be their authentic selves.
At PUNCH, we understand the value of education. That’s why we support our staff who wish to undertake further education and training. We encourage staff members to maintain their Continuous Professional Development (CPD) accreditations with Engineers Ireland. We also continue to offer training in sustainable design and construction through seminars, in-house lectures, and external training programmes. We promote the achievement of professional titles with institutions such as Engineers Ireland, the Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland, the Institute of Structural Engineers, and the Institute of Civil Engineers.
