  • Condition survey of existing buildings and surrounding yard areas to establish defects
  • Alterations to the existing mezzanine to accommodate the significant refrigeration
    plant loadings,
  • Construction of a new steelwork gantry
  • Establishment of slab repair requirements to facilitate end use.
  • Fit out and structural alterations to the existing building and the floor slab including the installation of new drainage and alterations to the existing drainage for two outlying buildings
  • Construction of new two storey office block adjacent existing distribution building
  • Civil and structural input into new Vehicle Wash, Fuel Island, loading docks and scissor lift installation, and yard alterations.

Sainsbury’s Logistic Centre – Greenford UK

  • Condition survey of existing building and surrounding yard areas to establish defects
  • Alterations to the existing mezzanine to accommodate the significant refrigeration plant loadings
  • Establishment of slab repair requirements to facilitate end use.
  • Civil and structural input into new vehicle wash and fuel Island, new loading docks and yard alterations including car parking.
  • Evaluation of alternative access arrangements to the site to accommodate new site entrance.

AG Thames – Chingford

Extension of the existing logistics facility onto adjacent site allowing for 13,000m2 of warehousing as well as tractor and trailer parking.

Works included:

  • Site appraisal in advance of site purchase.
  • Preparation of water supply, surface and foul drainage proposals and associated liaison with Thames Water.
  • Site levels strategy to optimise existing site topography
  • Development of site layout and checking with Autotrack software.
