PUNCH Consulting Engineers were appointed to provide Assigned Certifier and Civil & Structural Engineering services for this exclusive residential project located off Taney Road, Dundrum, Dublin 14.
The project comprised the construction of 32 No. new high-end detached, semi-detached and terrace housing units in a mixture of timber frame and traditional build, the demolition and rebuild of 2 No. existing detached dwelling units and all associated site development works.
To facilitate the requirements of the client, the project was constructed in 2 No. separate phases.
The project was successfully completed in 2020.
