The development is a Data Centre site comprising of 3 separate buildings with a total floor area of 31,537m2 located in the Orion Business Park, Dublin on a 5.73 hectare site.
The overall scheme consists of the demolition of the existing 14,940m2 warehouse building and the construction of 3 No. 2-storey Data Centres including data halls, offices, staff areas, plant areas, roof plant with max height of circa 12m to parapet.
Site support infrastructures includes an energy center at each Data Centre each including 5 No. 28m high flues, fuel centers, switch rooms, plant area and a gas pressure reduction facility including 2 service buildings.
The civil site development works include 80 No. car parking spaces, 60 no. bicycle parking spaces, internal roads and docking areas, 3 No individual vehicular access areas to each Data Centre, landscape works and utility services provision.

We encourage staff members to maintain their Continuous Professional Development (CPD) accreditations with Engineers Ireland. We also continue to offer training in sustainable design and construction through seminars, in-house lectures, and external training programmes. We promote the achievement of professional titles with institutions such as Engineers Ireland, the Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland, the Institute of Structural Engineers, and the Institute of Civil Engineers.
