PUNCH Consulting Engineers were appointed as Civil, Structural and Traffic Engineers for this SHD Residential Development comprising the construction of 167 no. residential units (93 no. houses and 74 no. apartments), childcare facility and associated site works in the townland of Commons, The Steeples Road, Duleek, Co. Meath.
PUNCH Consulting Engineers was engaged by Davy Real Estate as the Civil, Structural and Traffic Consultants for the project up to Planning Stage.

A successful planning grant was obtained for the development from An Bord Pleanála in August 2020.
