The School Yard Apartments is a mixed-use development featuring commercial, residential, and retail spaces on a 0.18-hectare site. This project includes 4 to 5 stories of residential units, housing a total of 61 apartments that begin on the first floor.
The ground floor is designed for mixed use, combining retail space with parking facilities. The entire development spans an area of 6,752 square meters, which includes 594 square meters of communal open space on the first floor.
The project is adjacent to several neighbouring properties. The phases of the work, from demolition to construction, were carefully coordinated to minimise disruptions for these neighbouring buildings. This included using a precast concrete superstructure atop an in-situ concrete first-floor transfer slab. The foundation comprises a combination of ground beams, pile caps, and bored piles.

We also continue to offer training in sustainable design and construction through seminars, in-house lectures, and external training programmes. We promote the achievement of professional titles with institutions such as Engineers Ireland, the Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland, the Institute of Structural Engineers, and the Institute of Civil Engineers.
