Gorey District Park

PUNCH provided Civil and Structural Engineering, PSDP, and Assigned Certifier services for the 2022 redevelopment of Gorey District Park. The park now offers a variety of recreational amenities for residents of North Wexford and South Wicklow. These include upgraded changing rooms with a new café and social space, a sand carpet grass pitch, a universal access walking route, a children’s playground, a constructed wetland, and a new car park with camper van facilities.

The changing room renovation involved a complete overhaul, featuring new internal walls and a bespoke extension. This extension, constructed with a monolithic reinforced concrete frame, showcases high-quality finishes.
