PUNCH Consulting Engineers was appointed as the Assigned Certifiers for the Riverside Cottages project in Templeogue, Dublin 6W. This development includes 10 new social housing apartments and a Community Consultation Facility in two 2-storey blocks, along with related site work.
PUNCH submitted a Standard Commencement Notice to the Building Control Management System (BCMS) to begin construction promptly, following statutory regulations. They also submitted all necessary documentation and declarations to the Local Authority/BCMS.
PUNCH participated in design meetings, conducted site inspections according to the Inspection Plan, and ensured compliance with Building Regulations (Parts A-M).

We encourage staff members to maintain their Continuous Professional Development (CPD) accreditations with Engineers Ireland. We also continue to offer training in sustainable design and construction through seminars, in-house lectures, and external training programmes.
