We are looking forward to Engineers Week 2026, where our Senior staff will attend primary schools in our local communities to showcase the wonderful world of engineering to budding young minds. The events promise to be an inspiring experience, filled with interactive workshops and hands-on activities designed to ignite curiosity and creativity. Our engineers will demonstrate the applications of engineering in everyday life, allowing students to engage in problem-solving challenges and participate in fun experiments that highlight the principles of physics and mathematics. We aim to plant the seeds of interest in STEM fields, encouraging students to envision themselves as future innovators and leaders. We can’t wait to see the sparks of curiosity light up in young eyes.
At PUNCH, we understand the value of education. That’s why we support our staff who wish to undertake further education and training. We encourage staff members to maintain their Continuous Professional Development (CPD) accreditations with Engineers Ireland. We also continue to offer training in sustainable design and construction through seminars, in-house lectures, and external training programmes. We promote the achievement of professional titles with institutions such as Engineers Ireland, the Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland, the Institute of Structural Engineers, and the Institute of Civil Engineers.
