Analog Devices European R&D Centre

The Analog Devices International (ADi) European R&D Centre was developed to provide a central location for the ADi research and development team at their manufacturing campus in the Raheen Industrial Estate in Limerick.

The 13,065m2 development includes expansive open-plan office areas, research laboratories, a new staff cafeteria, meeting rooms and executive office spaces.

Site development works included a new 300 space carpark designed with a permeable paving surface to minimise stormwater outflow, upgrades to the existing watermain, storm water and foul water networks.

The facility was designed to the highest levels of sustainability achieving a LEED Platinum rating including exceptional performance in stormwater management design.

The building was designed to accommodate extensive services and enhance flexibility for future modifications. Additionally, a pedestrian footbridge was included, suspended over a public roadway, linking the new building to the existing manufacturing facility

The facility was fully designed in accordance with Factory Mutual (FM) Standards.
