Baldonnell Business Park Phase 2

The development is for circa 80,000m2 Logistics and Industrial hub in Baldonnell, Dublin 22 on a 13.4 Hectare Site.

The development consists of up to 7 No logistic warehouses with height of 12-14m to eaves, ancillary office space and associated carparking, large external landscape park areas and access roads.

The development is complex in nature with various constraints, including interface with partly constructed adjacent warehouse, flooding within a significant river floodplain, air safety, road access, wayleaves, site levels and EIAR requirements.

PUNCH H&S have been involved in all stages of the design and construction, ensuring adequate communication is taking place between all of the interested parties.
