Castlebrook Manor – Phase 1A

The project involved the construction of an 82 unit development consisting of three and four bed houses. Infrastructure design included surface water sewers, foul water sewers, watermains and roads associated with the development. The project also required widening of Walkers Road which included a footpath and cyclepath.

PUNCH H&S were involved in all stages of the design and construction, ensuring adequate communication took place between all of the interested parties.
