PUNCH Consulting Engineers were appointed as Assigned Certifiers, Civil & Structural Engineers and Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) comprising the extensive refurbishment and modernisation of an existing 5-storey Reinforced Concrete office block to include the latest electrical and air conditioning systems, together with a change of use of the Lower Ground Floor Plan and associated drainage and site development works.
In accordance with Building Control (Amendment) Regulation 2014 requirements, the project was completed in 2019 and validation of the project was successfully obtained from the Local Authority Building Control and placed on the Local Authority’s register in advance of opening the building in full to the public.

We encourage staff members to maintain their Continuous Professional Development (CPD) accreditations with Engineers Ireland. We also continue to offer training in sustainable design and construction through seminars, in-house lectures, and external training programmes. We promote the achievement of professional titles with institutions such as Engineers Ireland, the Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland, the Institute of Structural Engineers, and the Institute of Civil Engineers.
