PUNCH Consulting Engineers were appointed as Assigned Certifier / Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) for this project comprising the construction of a new warehouse / logistics / light industrial unit of approximately 4,500m2 with ancillary office use; and associated site development works to include car & cycle parking spaces, service yards, loading bays, landscaping and drainage. The unit is accessed off the existing road network via new internal access roads and circulation areas.
This project was completed in June 2019 and successfully validated and registered by Fingal Building Control prior to public occupation.

We also continue to offer training in sustainable design and construction through seminars, in-house lectures, and external training programmes. We promote the achievement of professional titles with institutions such as Engineers Ireland, the Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland, the Institute of Structural Engineers, and the Institute of Civil Engineers.
