Santa Sabina Residential Development

This Design & Build initiative involved the development of a new residential complex featuring 155 units, situated on approximately 2.5 hectares of land that previously belonged to the Santa Sabina Dominican College & Convent Complex on Greenfield Road, Sutton.

The project included the construction of 123 new apartment units across four blocks, with heights ranging from four to five storeys above a single-storey underground basement that provides car parking and bicycle spaces. Additionally, 32 apartment units were constructed in three more three-storey blocks located at the rear of the site.

The development also featured:
• A playground and amenity area at the entrance
• A creche on the ground floor of one of the blocks above the basement
• An ESB substation
• Surface car parking
• An enclosed bin storage area
• All necessary ancillary works related to the site

PUNCH, as the Assigned Certifiers, facilitated the submission of a Standard Commencement Notice to the online Building Control Management System (BCMS) in compliance with statutory requirements. We also coordinated the online payment of the Standard Commencement Notice fee, along with the submission of statutory and ancillary documentation, as well as associated drawings and documents to the Local Authority/BCMS.
