PUNCH Consulting Engineers was appointed as Assigned Certifiers, Civil & Structural Engineers and PSDP for this project comprising the construction of 39 No. new two-storey detached, semi-detached and terrace timber frame housing units including associated site development works.
Phase 1A was completed in 3 No. separate phases with the final phase being completed in July 2019. In addition, each individual phase was successfully validated and registered by Limerick City and County Council Building Control prior to public occupation.
During Phase 1A, the site was also future proofed for the later Phase 2 and Phase 3 developments. This included the provision of site infrastructure such as a 770 m3 attenuation tank, constructed to take storm water flows from the proposed Phase 2 housing development and surrounding infrastructure including access roads and driveways.
