The development comprised an 830 m² retail development on the former Broomfield Tavern site.

The development is split into 5 smaller units of 100m2 and 1 larger unit of 330m2.

The site has a service road to the rear and associated carparking and external landscaping to the front.

PUNCH provided civil and structural engineering services from planning to building warrant stage and was novated to the contractor under a Design and Build Contract.

The scheme included design and detailing of:

  • Drainage & external works, including attenuation of surface water run off.
  • Foundations and ground floor slab.
  • Steel superstructure includign secondary steel supports.
  • Wall and roof cladding, including siderails and purlins
  • Masonry design.
  • SER Certification.
