The project involved the new construction of a single-storey extension to the existing primary school, providing additional classrooms and a new dining room with an associated kitchen facility.
PUNCH were appointed to provide the following Civil and Structural Engineering services:
- Timber frame design.
- Foundation design and detailing.
- Engineering of external raised decking.
- Forming new openings to existing external masonry walls.
- SER Certification
- New drainage design and connection into existing drainage system.

We encourage staff members to maintain their Continuous Professional Development (CPD) accreditations with Engineers Ireland. We also continue to offer training in sustainable design and construction through seminars, in-house lectures, and external training programmes. We promote the achievement of professional titles with institutions such as Engineers Ireland, the Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland, the Institute of Structural Engineers, and the Institute of Civil Engineers.
